Because I worked 'til late last night & so did bb, we decided that today shall be a very very simple day out for us, just to spend some time together since it's the weekends. :)

Cabbed down because I was late. End up wasting money because I took as much time as taking train to get to Cine by cab, wtf. Waste money!!! Quick bite at Burger King, before our movie.

Yes yes, we caught The Hangover!! Shiok much, it was really funny. Totally worth the watch. Don't miss out on this show, it is worth it. Must watch!!!!! :D

After the movie, we went to the small Korea supermart to find if there is any instant kimchi soup. They don't have it, only Meidi-ya have. I really want instant kimchi soup!!! It'd be perfect for me......... :( Took a bus to Plaza Sing & had dinner at Hong Kong Cafe. Haven't had Hong Kong Cafe in a long time!!! That outlet is fucking noisy, can't stand it. Music super loud, people talk even louder omgggg.


Dreading the arrival of Sunday............because I'm gonna stay indoors all day omg so boring!

Exams are over!!!!!!
So are the weekends, boohoo :( Within these two weeks, I'm going to do everything I wanna do :) But ughhhhhh flu has to come right now. I was saying that I wanna fall sick but not now!!!!! :( Ok back to update!

On Thursday, we had our last paper, Advertising. I sat in for the longest time! Usually I'd be out by 10am or latest 11am. I was in there until about 1145am! Amazed, I truly am.. I was actually done at 11am but I just wanna ensure that I wrote everything to the best of my knowledge.

After the paper, we went Far East Plaza for ayam penyet!!

 

  

Yummy food filled my tummy. I was about to burst! We went to walk around and spent almost 3-4 hours there shopping! Jems bought a pink polka dot dress & a vintage floral top from Litmus & a cutesy light blue jumper, and a pair of denim sandals to go with it! (That outfit was purrrrfeck for a picnic, I totally luv the look on her) Shimmy bought a acid wash button down mini skirt and a belt. And me? I only bought a pair of earrings :( I didn't see anything I like, dammit.

  

  

 

  

Went to visit bff @ work! We camwhored in her shop, talked and all that. There's a few more piccas of Jemsy posing as Micheal Jack Then we left for DFS :) After walked around DFS, we headed home. It was a great day, really. I love hanging out with the girls. Zoe, you should come on our next gathering ok!!!! :D

On Saturday, I booked tickets online the night before to catch 17 Again! Due to some interruptions, we were late but still, the show was amazing!!

 

  

  

 

The whole time in the theatres, I couldn't get my eyes off the screen at all. Hahaha he's soooo handsome!! Hotter than when he was in HSM3 ;)

After that, we walked to Cineleisure, then to Heeren. Bought something from Diva, finally!!!!!! It's been soooo long since I last bought something from Diva! Cabbed to Singapore Flyer for dinner. I was starving 'cos I missed lunch, thanks to the interruption. We had Popeye's again!

If you have not tried Popeye's, you really should! Get a mashed potato too. It is damn good! The fries are like, Long John Silver's. Very niceeeeeeeee! Don't try their onion rings, it taste quite bad :/ Like burnt? I don't know but looking at the pictures now, It's making me hungry :(

During dinner, we bumped into Vanessa & her girlfriend! They were looking for seats and we were sitting on a four-seater so we sat together. Talked, blah blah blah. We left after dinner, leaving them with theirs.

Thereafter, we took a bus to Far East :) Bought stuff for my jewelry making! Yay I'm finally gonna DIY something, so excited!! Walked around, bought nothing again. It really sucks to be me, bleah :(

Then we went for desserts!! I wanted Haagen Dazs but the last time we went there, it was so crowded that we couldn't get a seat and missed it so we decided to just go for Slice instead. Bumped into one of bb's secondary school friend, pretty Jeline :)

 

 

Yeh yeh Breakfast in Bed again!! We really need to hunt for new dessert place, bee, I know you are getting sick of Slice :/ I wanna try new food as well. Really need to hunt for them, hmm.. Walked to Wisma, GAP, F21 and took a train home.

Pick-ups this week :)

On Sunday, I spent the entire day at home. Had Long John Silver takeaway for dinner and watched Beverly Hills Chihuahua on the lappie! :)

Today, J, Zel & I went for lunch at Hougang Mall. Ban Mian (L)(L)(L)!!!! Deeeeeeelicious :> We went arcade after lunch hahaha it was fun!!

 

  

 

Spent $10 at the arcade. Bowling, street basketball, motorbike racing! After that, we took a train back and took LRT to Farmway! Went to the Mac's there for ice-cream and booked a court for badminton this Wednesday!! Sounds like an exciting week ahead but with the flu here...... :( I hope it isn't here to stay. The migraine is really killing me.

I guess I really need a lot of rest. I've been sleeping at 3am and waking up at 11am with approx 8 hours of sleep. NOT GOOD! I shall pop a pill and go to bed early tonight. Not sure if there is project meeting for GP tomorrow though.. I really hope I remember it wrongly so I get to stay home again tomorrow. Bleah, sucks to be ill :(

Feeling very sick :( nose ran away and my back hurts a lot. This is due to insufficient rest & low intake of liquid! Ahh this sucks. I shall pop a pill and sleep early tonight or this will cause me to miss more classes & lesser time and energy for assignment.

Sunday was well-spent with the girlfriend :)

 

  

  

 

We caught Paul Blart: Mall Cop! Hilarious movie :) I actually thought Amy was quite pretty but bb doesn't think so? :/ Anyway before the movie we walked over to Plaza by the Park for lunch. The food court was very crowded as it was lunch time so we went over to Delifrance instead.

 

 

We ordered breaded chicken with curry baked rice and spaghetti with scallops :) the baked rice is good but too spicy for my liking! scallops are to blend, but still good stuff!

We got nowhere to go after that so I went Daiso and bought daily necessities and seaweed for baby. She wanted to check out Topman and we did. We walked over to Wisma, spent some time there until it was about 5ish. Bee suggested that we have dinner at this Hong Kong restaurant but I thought it was too pricey and we don't need such a good dinner just for a normal Sunday evening. We went to Din Tai Fung instead!!

 

  

  

 

We've both been waiting to dine at Din Tai Fung for a while but we just kept quiet about it hahaha see how annoying we both get? I have hell lot of cravings these days!! I was craving for xiaolongbaos when I saw the pictures *S posted on her Facebook. Makes me really hungry talking about it now. With lots of vinegar and garlic!! :D Anyway so after that we walked over to Far East to look for the bored and tired and pitiful bff who worked throughout the weekend. Tsk tsk tsk poor sing leh yew hahah wanted to stay longer but her gay boss came so we had to leave. I WANT THE STUDDED CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTINS I SAW OMG very nice!! I was telling bee that if I have the cash to spare, I would buy even if I don't wear heels often. Too pretty to resist :)

Yes, Slice again!!!!
This time we had Breakfast in Bed with additional crushed oreos. Very very very nice! It is my favourite of all that I've tried. I would order that again the next time I'm there heh heh heh!

Got home early as I wasn't feeling too well and I wanted to rest early for the night. Got home at around 8.30pm, amazingly early but oh well, there's always other time for fun :)


As for today, I spent the entire day sniffing and sneezing with bff in the study while doing our assignments. I'm happy to say that we're almost done!! I don't know about bff but I just need to do some editings here and there to perfect the essay. We planned to start on JNB tomorrow. I bought Straits Times and also watched the news on Channel 5 just now to aid in writing the esay better.

This week will be a very stressful week as assignments are dued. I think next week will be a busy week as well but it's okay. Sunshine after the rain :)


Oh, before I leave, I'm happy to know that I have such a loyal reader like you who comes back every so often to check for new entry or comments. Cool to have you around! Your comments made me feel a lot better about myself yknow. But I feel a tinch of jealousy from your tone...I sure do hope my instincts are wrong. Anyway have fun anonymous, playing your own game. If I know where and how to get a life, I would gladly tell you how. But unfortunately, I don't.. so have fun with this child's play. Cheers!

Death is cruel. Death brings pain to the people who are still living, but ease to the one who is in the "better" world. Movies that I've watched the past few days has got to do with either death or separation - both things that I cannot deal with. Or maybe, not now. Or maybe I have not learned how to. Not so much of mine, but the death of my loved ones.

I am so afraid of death and separation....

Yesterday I went to school with Shim for two hours and headed home when Shim needed to work. On the shuttle bus I felt so bad for leaving M alone.......okay I will treat him nicer so I don't feel so bad. When I got home, mom was shopping online. Haha she was looking for a white bolero but to no avail. I shall keep a lookout for her when I'm out shopping the next time!


Today, girlfriend & I met at Dhoby Ghaut and had japanese food at the basement :) Bought a pair of tickets for Marley and Me!!! Like finally..

 

  

  

  

  

  

 

GREAT SHOW 5/5!!!! I am still very affected by it :/ Marley = the clearance dog = so. damn. adorable! I cried towards the end of the show. When I looked at girlfriend, she was sniffing away. Hahah so cuuute I know it reminds you of her a lot *hugs tight* luv you bb :)

After the show, the two of us walked out looking damn haggard. Headed home on our own after that. The ride home was filled with lots and lots of thoughts about Marley, death and separation :(

I had a great weekend. Other than the fact that I get migraines so often I wanna kill myself. Like the one I'm having now omg I hate it why is it always me :( After doing a bit of research for the project, I went to lie on the bed for half an hour but it is not getting any better.

Oh not to mention, this weekend completely ruined my diet plan. Cha su ramen, ayam penyet, lemon chicken, corona chicken cutlet rice. I'm so dead. Whatever I did for the past two weeks is ruined. And $5 budget plan is ruined as well. I've not calculated how much I spent this week but mom said nothing when I told her I bought this, this, this, this, this and this. Good sign. She called just now to ask if I needed her to buy me anything. Wow mom kool ballz.

OKAY ANYWAY
On Saturday I met the girlfriend at Dhoby Ghaut and we took train over to Orchard. Had ayam penyet for lunch at Far East!

We wanted to watch Marley & Me but tickets were only left with first row so we picked Hotel for Dogs instead which was pretty good! The dogs were so adorable!!!!! I was so excited hahaha good laugh as well, some parts. Worth the time & money to watch this :)

After that we went to walk around at these two places Taka & Wisma. The girlfriend was hungry so we went to FoodRepublic for prata :)

It was about 6ish so we seperated ways. I took a train down to Harbourfront and met the rest there for dinner. The dinner function was held at Dragon Boat Restaurant at Harbourfront Center.
