First day of work. Saw Claudine, Rachael Gan, Lye Yee & Roaringqueen. Rosental came by, to have dinner with me (thanks sweetie!). Sales was fucking good. I'm so happy just thinking of it right now. Shanelle's very cute. First day of work together & I love her already! Super friendly & extremely random :) Met one half of TE & also DS. I met so many new people today!

Cy was busy, couldn't send me home. So he drove me to Bukit Timah & I took a cab back. Cabbie was very talkative. I was too tired to say anything!! Got home at around 12am with very tired legs... My maid asked whyyyyyyyyy work starts on 31st & on a Friday??????


Interesting fact: I managed to survive standing for 10 hours. Way to go, way to go!

Today, I met up with an old friend. She came home from LA for a week, leaving on Sunday. I told myself I'd regret, like how I always did, if I didn't take the time out to meet her. Despite feeling very very extremely tired, I made a trip to her place at Serangoon Gardens. We had Frolick, sat in the little cafe, a few smoke & talked for hours.

The last time I saw her was at the airport when she was going away to further studies in San Jose. 4 years she's been there & now she studies in UCLA. Time flies, no? I miss her so much when she was away. We used to talk everyday in secondary school. Spend all afternoon talking on MSN, neglecting studies, bitching & talking nonsense.

Now she's turning 21 in Sept, I'm turning 19 this Aug.

Exams are over. End of migraine-filled days with hell lot of notes to be memorized in my hands all the time. Bye Econs, I won't miss you for sure. Bye Mogan, I hope you'll never be seen in my sight ever again. Diploma term one starts in a month's time.. I'm looking forward to it because I'll be attending it with bff, my favourite girl ban & not forgetting Chrissy & Shermaine :)

The paper was okay. I did my best, that's all I know. I don't care if it's a D, I'm okay with it. As long as I passed, I don't care. I just don't wanna redo this whole module ever again!! Chrissy came out after 15 minutes, Shermaine followed suit. I was done in an hour. Swatee left after awhile. Bff was the last to come out. After we were all done, we went off for our steamboat dinner date!! :)

Only after we got on the train then I realised we didn't take a group picture :( :( :(

We were very fickle-minded. At first we sat on the upper deck. Then we moved to the lower deck where the walk way is 'cos that would make space for Rosental ('cos we thought she was gonna make it). We asked for steamboat but when we saw the next table having steamboat & BBQ, we wanted that as well. The smell was too...tempting. Damn nice smell!! We hear the sizzling from the BBQ, couldn't take it, we asked for a change! We were like saying how they'd really hate us & bitch about us & all that amongst themselves hahahaha or even spit into our soup!!!!! Stupid Shermaine keep saying that I look scared & won't drink the soup -.- And she said that Chrissy don't wanna eat the sausage so she 'accidentally' dropped it hahahaha.

$20 per head - damn not worth it for the four of us. All we ate was hotdog, crabstick, meatball, prawns & scallop! But the tom yum soup base was yummy! Very sour, not that spicy for my liking, very nice!!! Thank God Shermaine's good at cooking, she helped a lot! I can't cook, scared :/ I really suck ok I'm sorry guys!!!!

Sat around, chit-chat while our love handles were growing bigger & thicker. Left the place, walked to Bugis Junction. Chrissy bought Chewy Junior 'cos bff told her that Jemi did mentioned before Chewy Junior is nice. We tried the sample & it is really chewy!! Chrissy was damn cute, she had to choose 11 & she was like, "Huh one more!?! Omg..ok this one!" One after another, one after another, until finally the last one, she was like, "No more ah? Wahhhhh.." Hahahahha!

I love hanging out with them :) They totally made me forgot what happened before the exam which kinda worried me 'cos I was concentrating 100% on memorizing & trying to understand, I didn't wanna let my mind wander. More outings with them this term break, I hope!

Yet another lesson for us all to treasure & cherish all that we have around us before it is too late. Before you know it, they are gone & never coming back again.

Bff was so sweet, she accompanied me to get my lappie's adapter before class started. Missed the first half hour of class though. Really appreciate it bff (: The adapter costed me $85! I wanted to get the battery as my battery is as good as dead but it is $159. Overspent this month (with I don't know what, seriously), thus I only got the adapter. And like what bff said, I don't bring the lappie out often, the adapter is good enough.

Class was boring, as usual. What's so surprising about it anyway? I was freezing & trying to concentrate without allowing the cold environment affect me. We bought a cup of hot Milo but it didn't make me feel any better. It made my throat really itchy though!

After we were dismissed, bff & I met bb at the mall & we had dinner together at Ajisen!

Bff went City Hall for her facial (& FINALLY changed her vintage phone!) while I alighted at Outram & headed straight home for cozy tv dinner. Thanks for the Memories is so..good. I woke up early to have breakfast with the family at Ikea Tampines on Saturday morning. I feel like time is wasted having breakfast because I'd rather sleep than to eat, but this is one thing that mom really appreciates the two of us doing. And on 2009's new year resolutions, one of them includes having breakfast with the family once a fortnight. I brought the camera out but left it in my pocket & totally forgot about it 'cos I was busy trying to keep myself warm! It was really cold in the cafeteria. I had awful pancakes, damn plain. (N) The bowl of mee siam that Zel had was pretty good, not better than SJC's canteen's, definitely :D After breakfast, we went to walk around. Put off my full length mirror plans again. No space for it :( Bought two towels (which only cost $4.90 each!) in my shade of red & a blue one.

Then we headed over to Giant! Groceries shopping, my favourite thing to do. But mom hates it whenever we're around. Hahaha we'd just put a lot of stuff into the trolley without them knowing :D bought Japanese crispy chicken & seaweed chicken! yayyyyy

Headed home, tried to nap but failed. Watched telly, girlf called & I started preparing. She came to pick me at around 4plus & we took a bus to Tampines One! She was feeling hungry so we went straight to Thai Express upon arrival. 'twas yummilicious!

Shopped around, bought bread from the Japanese bakery that Zoe recommended! (Ban, I hope you're safe in Genting now ♥ luv you!) Diva is boring now, although I just love going in there. Prices increased so much! Three bangles for $23, a pair of lightweight earrings for $19!? Wayyyyyy overpriced

Took a bus back. Went to Best Denki to check out the iTouch & the earpiece. Girlf said it is either Sims 3 or iTouch. :( I really want both! I didn't want her to spend too much on me as she don't work, she save up all these money & I do feel bad for overspending. I wanted to talk to mom about it first then we'll see how it goes. Hopefully mama will get it for me!


Sunday was spent at home, as usual but the unusual thing is, Aunt Shirley, Uncle Eric & their two girls came over for dinner. They bought chicken wings from Crystal Jade for us :) Dinner was fab, with the six of us squeezing at our dining table. Cozy wozy! After dinner, we watched Night at the Museum on Channel 5. Brought the two girls with Zel to the supermarket to get ice-cream. Jenae is getting very mischievous! Whenever I tried to steal her food, (I mean, in the playing way) she'd hit me. If I took her waterbottle, she'd complain! Hahahaha super cute when she pout and complain.


Badminton today was greeeeeat. Jac came with J, Zel couldn't make it as she had a last minute appointment with Godma. So we met at the mall, took a cab in, made payment for our booking & started playing! I forgot to bring shuttercock. I was so absent minded. Girlf didn't remind me 'cos she didn't wanna be naggy and thought I'd bring it. :x Went to the 7-11 & bought one whole roll. Really lousy ones. After the game, we ate a little at Mac's. No garlic chili sauce at that Mac's outlet :((((

HI I'M BACK WITH MY AUNTY HAIRDOOOOO~ I sat in the saloon for half a day for this hairdo. It is a life-changing decision, yknow. I never changed my hair style since my bangs days... I don't know if I were to say that I like or what. But I was really hoping for more of the natural look. I showed Aunty Brenda the picture of Vanessa Hudgens 'cos I really adoreeeeee her wave and fringe but it didn't turn out the same way. :( Aunt said it will after I wash my hair tomorrow. I really do hope so..

Anyway, I don't know if you guys know about the MTV Movie Awards. Robsten won the Best Kiss Performance!

Girlf came to pick me after her class. When I met her at the mall, I realised her whole point of picking me up is to surprise me with the Apple red earpiece I wanted, which is only available at the Best Denki here. Awww :) but sadly, it is sold out. Wow, just when she planned to get it!! :(

Never mind about that. So we travelled to Cineleisure for lunch at Kobayashi! Love the food there~~

Wanted to catch Night at the Museum 2 but time clashes with our plan. Our plan was to have dinner at Vivo City Hog's Breath then to Clarke Quay to have cakes & still head home early to rest. We didn't get to watch the movie in the end. Postponed to another day! Checked out at iShop, they don't carry the same earpiece either. Grrr.. Should've just bought it that day huh. I really want an iTouch. Girlf said she'll ask my friends to share and get one for me. Oh sho schweet but then bff said she'll get me a Chanel bag, right bff???? :D HAHAHAHA

We didn't have anywhere specific to go so we just walked from place to place. Went to Taka! I was very tempted to get Auntie Anne & Churros. Omg cinnamon sugar (L) But I didn't! I saved space for a dinner that didn't turn out just the way I want it to be.... Then we walked to Wisma. Walked around, went to a few boutiques, saw few familiar faces. Headed off to Vivo City at around 4pm.

Went to the pet shop! The hamsters were so adorable!!!! Some sleeping, eating from their little pockets in their mouths, some playing on the wheel. Damn adorable. I'd love to have a pet :( if only mom isn't so particular about cleanliness around the house, hm.

We had a nice long dinner which cost us less than $50. Cosy, though noisy but I love it there. I can people-watch from the windows, with all my favourite food on the table. Hm, perfeckkkk :) A pity we didn't order Rosti this time. The queue was really long! And by the time it shortens, we were so full. I was bloated! After dinner, we sat by the waters, just the way I always wanted to do. Though it was quite crowded there, with every other couple or group of friends sitting around, eating, talking, we still enjoyed ourselves.

Because we both didn't wanna spend too much as the two of us are on budget, girlf suggested that we get a watch for each other & make it our couple watch. Guess what? Despite today being our 735th day together, it is our first couple watch. Or our couple whatever. I know right!?!

She was so happy and excited that she wore it around the house the next day, and can't stop raving about it. I was just waiting in silent for a time to wear this out teehee and yesterday I did! I wore to class :D

Oh, not forgetting, my RL package for mom arrived on Saturday! I woke up to my maid telling me that my package has arrived. I was so happy, I jumped out of bed immediately. Although it is not for me, but I am still happy because I know mom will be thrilled. And indeed, she came through the door & I stood there posing with the bag in my pjs, she was like, "Oh, it's here!?!!" And I replied her, "Oh, not yet not yet.." Hahaha she said, "Oh okay then, continue waiting." Bloody hell. She saw it already & she still can tell me continue waiting..

I am sooooooooo going to get the red one. I cannot stop carrying this tote around like it's mine & dad thought I was gonna tell mom that I wanna use it. Yeh right, it's for her, how can I use it first!? Teehee wait until she don't wanna use it ~ :D

Because bff & girlf is asleep, I'm not talking to anyone on Plurk/Twitter, I think I will turn in early tonight. Really need my body clock to workkkkkk. Lunch with mama tomorrow, and unconfirmed day out with the girls after!
