Aunt's birthday celebration dinner was at Chilli Padi Nyonya Cafe. Nyonya buffet we had :) The variety of food was a little. I prefer buffet with a lot of choices of food to choose from, so much so that I can't decide what to eat! Then I'll try a little of all :)

There's a photo of Chester & his girlfriend, Qiu Ling but not nice!!! So I didn't post. (Che, if you want the photos, tell me okay I'll zip & send them to you!) After dinner, we went to walk around Bugis Junction. Boring place, super boring!!!! They bought stuff, we left after that. Kept pestering dad that I wanna go for beancurd & he bought us there with Uncle Eric they all. Yay beancurd!!!!!!

'Cos Uncle Leow they all went to check out this buffet place at Punggol Marina, he suggested to have supper at Macdees. :S super sinful!!!! Nyonya buffet, beancurd, Macdees :/ Had shaker fries, sat around, talked to Qiu Ling. She was very shy as this is the first time she meet the whole family. But I can tell she's very happy to come together with all of us to celebrate Aunt Ferline's birthday. She was having fun with Chester. Really wish to talk to her more though. She looks interesting!! (:

Day out with bb tomorrow! Looking forward, so is she! Thinking of catching a movie. She wants to watch Duplicity but no timing.. Hm, we'll see how!

MJ's news is everywhere. Hell lot of #MJ & #MichaelJackson on Twitter. Makes me really sad seeing all those news reporting about him. Life is short, so unpredictable. Yet another lesson for us all to treasure & cherish all that we have around us before it is too late. Before you know it, they are gone & never coming back again.

Family = Hell. Next, please.
Bff was so sweet, she accompanied me to get my lappie's adapter before class started. Missed the first half hour of class though. Really appreciate it bff (: The adapter costed me $85! I wanted to get the battery as my battery is as good as dead but it is $159. Overspent this month (with I don't know what, seriously), thus I only got the adapter. And like what bff said, I don't bring the lappie out often, the adapter is good enough.

Class was boring, as usual. What's so surprising about it anyway? I was freezing & trying to concentrate without allowing the cold environment affect me. We bought a cup of hot Milo but it didn't make me feel any better. It made my throat really itchy though!

After we were dismissed, bff & I met bb at the mall & we had dinner together at Ajisen!

School's starting next week and I happily spent the entire (almost) two weeks break lazing at home. Job-hunting just now. Sent out my resume at least more than 10x!! I'm hoping to get some replies tomorrow. Candy Empire, which I sent my resume to last week, called me this afternoon! And due to some issues, they are gonna call me back on Monday instead. I hope they put me at Harbourfront instead of Millinia Walk. Travelling from Queenstown - City Hall - Sengkang/Bukit Panjang = DIE DIE DIE! Talking about Queenstown, I need to make payment for remodule really soon :( byebye $241

On a lighter note, coming Wednesday we're gonna go play badminton again but it is with Aunt Shirley! Looking forward :> Thursday, hanging out with my girls!! Sexcited. Though I don't know what are we gonna do hehe. Oh, this reminds me. WHEN IS OUR BFF TIMES HUH BFF!? BLOODY HELL.

I was home with bff all day. Studying JNB, writing notes, checking Restaurant City throughout.

I was writing notes, while bff was resting..
"Oh, one customer left because too slow.... You need a new table... Customer left... Not enough table... One more left..."

If you do play RC, you'd know what am I talking about.
She was chanting away and I couldn't take it, I went OK SHUT UP I KNOW EARNING 2 BUCKS FROM EVERY CUSTOMER IS NOT ENOUGH RELAX I WILL BUY MORE TABLES AND BETTER STOVE!!

29th April, Wednesday
It was our 23rd month anniversary but I, unfortunately, woke up to a bad start. Got shouted at for a morning call. Had lunch at Mac's with bee. Bff came later in the afternoon and we went to the library to study. Bee stayed for awhile to read books (and also disturb us hahaha). After she left, bff did something so slyyyyyy that got me laughing. Bought a little something for Jemsy! Really hope she likes it! saw it and thought of her hehe! Pass to you on Tuesday when I see you for the paper babe :) bought magazines and waited for Marilyn to come before I left for home.

The other day, I was complaining that the table I'm using right now is about to break in no time if I continue to use it with my heavy laptop and laptop cooler. So I told mom I wanted a new one and hopefully a bigger one.

Zel went to the library to study with her friend, so it was just the three of us for dinner. Peace and quiet, me likey! Mom and dad went to the mall to get some stuff and picked sis on their way back. They came home with a cake from Breadtalk for mom! We sang the birthday song and took pictures (we were in boxers and pale faces hahahaha) as dad thinks that we won't have the time to do it the next day after coming home from the concert.

Mom wasn't home all day until late evening. Bff and I had lunch over at my place and we studied until she had to leave to meet Marilyn. Play was having the PJS party and ugh I missed it because it was mom's birthday and exams are coming, I can't just leave the books and party like that, I feel bad if I do :/ I love themed parties, we should have a themed party soon.

After I got dressed up, we left for NAFA Campus 3. It was SJC's AE Night and Zel was performing so we bought tickets to watch. Met Zel outside the theatre, talked for a bit and we went to sit while she went backstage to prepare.

Saw a lot of familiar faces. Favourite part of the concert? The part when everyone sang along to the IJ song, Hold on to Our Dream. Felt like home again :) I miss being an IJ girl, in a blue uniform, a 10 minutes walk to and fro school, and not having to worry about money at all :(

1st May, Friday
Public holiday, Labour Day, came at the right time when all of us needed a break from school or work. Went over to Aunt Shirley's place for a gathering. It felt like it was weekend already but it was only Friday. Too excited about the weekend, aren't I? I had a lot of fun with the two girls, Jermaine and Jenae. Jenae is getting very very naughty! She pulled Jermaine's hair to ask her to go away. She whined and pretended to cry so she'd get what she want. Really naughty!

After we had dinner and set around until about 10pm, Zel suggested to have supper at the newly opened Mac's outlet at Anchorvale Community Center so we all went. It was a greeeaaat night :)

Mom asked my maid to let Elmo sit in the sun occasionally to avoid bad odours and bed bugs. Guess what she did to Elmo? This was what I saw in the balcony when I woke up in the morning.

I know right!? Elmo's like commiting suicide in the wrooooong way hahaha!

The day at home was spent very meaningfully. I did a few things, cleared my mail, packed my drawers, rearranged my closet, cleared my bedside table, cleaned the psp and dslr, rearranged my folders and managed to download two movies :)

I always say how messy my bedside table is but I've never showed you guys how messy it exactly is. I snapped a shot of it a day ago 'cos it was truly disastrous.

This is not the worst! I have had messier ones, seriously. I cannot stand my table being so messy. Mom's really neat and she kinda make us practise being neat and tidy as well. I am not as neat as she is or she hope that I would be but just a little bit? At least the table looks better now. Changed the awful phone, things laying on the desk cleared, nothing hanging except my bangles & bed sheet changed! Looks so, so much better now. I feel like my table can breathe hahaha

Other than just packing up, I spent the whole time shopping online & ended up getting really pissed off. Because 1) Nothing caught my eye 2) Even if it did, it is either sold/don't fit/didn't like it enough to buy it/not worth the price. This sucks. Sucks to be me! :( I really wanna buy something but what the fuuuuuck

I like the kind of love that Derek and Meredith have for each other, the love they share. George's dad passed away in the previous episode and I cried like mad. Whenever I watch movies or television shows, I put myself into that character and feel how they feel. I cannot imagine having to put my dad to sleep. Even if I never had much to talk to him about but he is my dad and I've been sticking with him for so long and he watched me grow. It was so painful to watch George that way. He was never that yelling, angry & mean kind of person but being desperate to save his dad changed him. I could see the pain in her eyes whenever Meredith sees Thatcher (whom she calls ex-father) or his family. I know I talk about the show very often & I am very very affected by the show. You just have to watch it to understand why am I so affected. Ok truth be told, I am emotional. Maybe that is why I get so affected.
